Ever wondered how Bailey (Chandra Wilson) was like when she was an intern? The February 18 episode of Grey’s Anatomy should have that covered, and if you’re like most Grey’s fans, you should be in for a real shocker.

As you can see on the photo courtesy of Entertainment Weekly, the flashback-laden episode will introduce us to Bailey in the early 2000s, when she was just an intern and she was under a Bailey-like supervisor, played by MIssi Pyle from Heroes. And get this – she was called Mandy then. There’s just no reconciling the Bailey we know now with the name Mandy, is there?
